What is wrong with the DonBest site?...It has been down the entire weekend...Anyone know why?...

Brew7, I experienced a few socket errors this weekend, but nothing major.

Unsure..who knows..maybe some of those late line moves they freeze until after post..cryonically locked their system?

Allentown?..can you smell the Atiyehs when the breeze is strong?

I cannot get anything on that site...Not single page and haven't been able to since Saturday afternoon...

Atiyehs??...Are they flowers or something??...If so, I don't know what they smell like, but when I do get close to Reading, PA, I can smell the mushroom farms, if that counts...

Cannot find server or DNS Error

Now I used to work on a HelpDesk and I am at a loss here...No matter what I do, I cannot get to the DonBest site...

Brew7, I believe Ace-Ace may have the proper call, as cookies/temp files could be the issue?

Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) has the wrong DNS entry for DONBEST.COM. Call your ISP and ask them to update their DNS to point to the correct entry.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

Another idea is to call DON BEST at 1-800-DONBEST...

They have very good tech support and have helped me tremendously in the past...

Thanx guys...For some reason the site came up fine today...Maybe it was the reboot after clearing my cache and my cookies that clinched it, but it's fine now...

Shrink is right if you ever have a problem just call and talk to a tech there. They are very helpfull at Don Best. Sometimes you even alert them to something they were unaware of and can fix right away for others to avoid.

DBS Customer Service is top shelf..but they and the line originator books line tricks is another story.
