Former Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling reunited with former mistress V. Stiviano at his Beverly Hills mansion on Wednesday, according to a report. Sterling’s estranged wife, Shelly, allegedly called local police to report Stiviano as an intruder.
Shelly Sterling believed Stiviano had broken into her husband’s house, sources told TMZ Sports. However, Beverly Hills police officers spoke to Donald Sterling and Stiviano at the scene and were told that she was an “invited” guest. Stiviano reportedly remained at the mansion after authorities left.
Sterling’s wife sued Stiviano in March, alleging that she is a “gold digger” who embezzled Donald Sterling out of nearly $2 million. In the lawsuit, she claims that Stiviano persuaded her former boyfriend to give her several expensive cars, a $1.8 million duplex in Los Angeles and more than $200,000 in living expenses. Shelly Sterling alleges that the 80-year-old used jointly held money without permission to fund the expenditures.
Stiviano recorded the audio tapes that ultimately led NBA Commissioner Adam Silver to ban Donald Sterling from the league for life and force him to sell the Clippers. In the tapes, obtained and published by TMZ Sports in April, he made several racially insensitive remarks and criticized Stiviano for posting photos of herself with NBA legend Magic Johnson to her Instagram account.
Former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer purchased the Clippers for $2 billion. He officially took control of the franchise in August.

In addition, she asserted that Sterling is gay, that he gave her gifts in order to serve as his “beard,” and that she was “not ever a sexual partner of Donald T. Sterling.”
