Ken / Don is a liar and a drunk. As I posted before, I know the personal. After 40000,- USD of loses from Lucky1 he will not pay him the 7000,- he won. Come on guys, how is this possible. I know for a fact that he told somebody down there in his words” go and **** yourself “ Ken / Don is bad as they get ! Not bad enough that he drinks, every day a girl from his office has to go to a store close to his office to get a bottle of Vodka and a bottle of orange juice, which he drinks between 10am and 3pm, after 4pm when the stuff kicks in try talking to him, he insults customers on daily bases. A person like this does not belong into this community. This matter needs to get saddled, before something ugly happens to the drunk.
OUT KEN – GET LOST, YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO ALL THE HONEST PEOPLE IN THE BUSINESS !!!

I believe Ken ran Ewinner. He knew all the details in talking with me. There were 5 or 6 players including trytrytry that got the shaft he said. The rest were given $300 bailouts hoping to promote 4sportspicks. Even then he was running low on cash or he would have just paid lucky the 7k instead of having to establish a payment plan. Here we are, a guy admitting he was wrong and owed 7k, but couldn't pay while running another sportsbook as well. I suppose those big accounts he confiscated helped him buy some more time.

This is what happens when a drunk tout runs a sportsbook. If you remember, when 4sportspicks first opened online wagering, their busines model was absolutely ridiculous. They offered enormous bonuses, reduced juice, and promotions such as "moose job mondays," where the player would be refunded his entire original wager if the outcome of wager was determined near the end of the game. Some of the other daily promos were equally as ludicrous. It was obvious that they would lose money(if they honored withdrawal requests:toothless ), even with the majority of their action coming from the "sharp coat-tailers" at propowerpicks.

ewinner had different owners

The way I understand it is after sirbet said goodbye to ewinner, ewinner got 4sportspicks to do the honors of hosting their book. They shared the call center and facilities until they went broke and/or defaulted.

I was also told that 4sp picked up some of the smaller e-winner accounts by offering "bailout" deals with a rollover. And anyone else who called to inquire about e-winner was encouraged to deposit with 4sportspicks instead.

The larger ewinner accounts, like trytrytry, were hung out to dry. Just as well trytry.. chances are anyone who wins anything via the bailout will be stiffed anyway.

Thanks for the clarification Minnow. I was guessing on the Ewinner part as Ken knew a great deal about it. fact is fact though. 4sportspicks stiffed (it appears) lucky and Ewinner stiffed several. Ken was aware of alot of things but why do these guys sit around and make this industry worse by the day? Now, in my book ken is a liar and thief and for mark to come in here and even try to defend the actions of Ken after a verbal agreement between me, lucky and ken is an insult. The result of the runner sharing account info to late was the problem and Ken agreed to that. They were to worried about a dinner to get accounts in order.

Pete, Mark told me it doesn't matter what is said in majorwager or the rx since most of the guys playing at 4sportspicks are faithful to their forum (propowerpicks) and very unlikely to ever read about the stiffing somewhere else, and how the book they love couldn't even stick to dime a week payments.

Ken told me quite the opposite on the phone as he was wanting me to rid the threads in this forum about them and I refused.

I do believe lucky can attest to Kens concern at the time of this being up on The Rx. We were all on the phone at once. He even used it as ONE of his excuses not to pay lucky. Just to much Ego and to little character is how I see it. The guy made an agreement to pay a debt and re-nigged. The reputation is not even worth 7k(4k now). At this point, lets assume lucky was in the wrong. Ken had agreed to settle on 1k per week for 7 weeks and didn't honor it. The jury had already delivered a verdict, right or wrong and Ken agreed.

Obviously, the jury was right in this case.

Pete, I know.. There's no way in the world that a book doesn't care about being exposed on other forums. It's funny that Ken/Don paid the first 3k off and defaulted on the rest. A measley 4k? Why?

I can only guess the funds are low according to his wishes and more money is/was needed for entertainment purposes.

Lucky paid off $40k in losses as scheduled and promptly. He won 7k and 4sportspicks will not pay this debt(4k). Where is the justice? It's just another sad story in this industry.

I am missing something here. Who is Mark (the guy Minnow mentioned?)

I think ewinner was owned by someone who the rx must have known. they had a banner here, they paid some bills, and was there not a RX vegas event with some poker or something with an EWINNER person there???

Anyway, the ewinner owner scum, dropped the Sirbet situation and then called up Don, and visited Don on a couple occassions (don told me this) and Don agreed to take them on as a service, basically run the lines and customer wagers on his platform, ewinner still used some other 3rd party in Asia somewhere for their payouts and stuff. But Don ran the rest, he knew all the big players but still never said hello to us in an email or anything...even when he could feel that ewinner was struggling to even pay him for his service. So that is what I mean by on Dons watch the players at ewinner got screwed.

but Don I dont think had any ownership with Ewinner. He did tell me he offered the ewinner people (he called them a group I dont know how many) $35,000 to take over the entire thing, customers debt everything but the Ewinner group said no (why would they say no to that??). anyway eventually ewinner left and Don still had the accounts and info anyway and most small players got this match if under $300 deal, with a max payout of $600.

the bigger balances (Don told me there were three of us got virtually nothing).

He offered them 35k for the debt of a broke book when he already had the client list? Pass the crack, please!

Someone who has 35K to offer broke books should be able to pay a guy (they have already made 40k from) his winnings of $7k. Don/Ken couldn't even keep up the 1K per week payments to his prize whale.

trytry- Mark runs the forum at propowerpicks, and posts as cantpickmynose.

Minnow, I believe you are mis quoting me pretty bad. I am a little shocked with this as you and I have always be honest with each other.

"and very unlikely to ever read about the stiffing somewhere else"

I never said that and I do not believe Lucky was stiffed" From all the times we have talked I am shocked you would say something that I never said.

cant, you said something very close to "I don't see how he (lucky) thinks he can hurt him (ken/don) by posting on other sites" and I said well he's unlikely to be able to complain in your forum (he is banned) and you said the guys in your forum love the book and thats why you're not worried about it.

I took that to mean that he couldn't hurt you by posting at watch dog sites, as your regulars are unlikely to check other forums. Maybe you meant because your guys love the book and wouldn't believe Lucky even if they read about the stiffing elsewhere?

How can you not believe lucky was stiffed? ken/don (sorry, i don't know one from the other or if they are even 2 different people) admitted that lucky was owed and he agreed to make payments. He made 3 payments. Why would he if he didn't owe the guy? He defaulted on the final 4 payments of 1k per. The guy got stiffed.

The thing that bothers me most about the stiffing is the guy gambled and lost a small fortune before he finally won a few bucks and asked for a withdrawal. Some was post up and some credit, but he paid the 40k that he lost.

BTW, I like the guys in your forum, from what I know of them. I am not trying to crucify anyone, but this situation is wrong.

Mark, how about you help Lucky get his money. Tell Don you agree that he owes and to do the right thing.

Cantpickmynose is DON / KEN

Did everybody ever got the idea that
“ CANTPICKMYNOSE ” is DON / KEN
posting himself.
Could you pick you nose after one bottle of Vodka in less than 6 hours ?

Ken / Don is not capable to remember his story / lie from 24hours back. The issue is still on the table – Where is the missing 4K for Lucky1, when will he get the his money. How many more post, how many different forums, how many more people involved in this. It always comes down to the same point, Lucky1 didn’t get paid !:kicking:
