Don't know what you're looking at but here's some brief history:

Two Years NCAAF first Two Full Weeks of Schedule, not including Current Season:

Faves -10 or more = 29-13 ATS
Faves -11 to -22 = 20-6 ATS

So the only barking dogs have done is when they look out the window and see another dog
