I guess he counting the Play-In Games (the ones that nobody even has to pick in their bracket around the country)............Those games don't even count.......Just a last desperate attempt to get in the real bracket (they are a lot more like a conference tournament title game then a NCAA Tournament game)

The irony is they added 4 teams to help more Bubble Teams out and of course there are still new Bubble Teams complaining so it was basically a waste.
