First off, I ask in the interests of justice and the truth , for the moderators to leave the post here in offshore. It is designed to resolve this matter and I assure you I will not participate in any bashing.

I have been conflicted over how to deal with the Journeyman Situation and his fabrications about me. Ultimately, from any strategy, I want to achieve the same result, verifying the truth and setting the record straight.

This suggestion will get me there efficiently and with the least hassles.

Accordingly, I want to issue the following challenge -

I will submit to a lie detector test with Ken or any other RX representative present , If I do not pass it on the issues enumerated below, I pay for the test ( monies secured prior to testing ) and leave the site for good.
If I pass the test, The Rx or Journey can foot the bill for said test.

I would like to have Journeyman submit to the same testing, on the very issues he raised. Honestly, I do not need any penalty for him if he fails the test, the truth will be more than enough for me.

________________________________________________-
Some of THE ISSUES-

`Every allegation raised in my original post and all my responses

`In brief, the following of Journeys Claims about me-

`" Charging people for picks not even his"

`" yes he can give out winning plays but they sure as hell arent his own"

Every play I make is based on my opinion exclusively or on information gathered from my exclusive relationships.

`The GA situation -
" used me and wanted me to get him credit with Freddog"

`(The Sirbet Situation-
" used him to fight with sirbet"

`When in fact it was at JOurneys suggestion that I contest the matter to begin with and he later suggested that I should give him $ for it.

`The 16 tournament situation-

`" I emailed him everyday asking for his opponents picks"

Fact- That I called him a total of two times ever, on the same day last week because he was waiting on an answer from me about the 3k.

Since this mess, he has been e mailing me with threats almost by the hour, I have forwarded the e mails to the appropriate parties here and on aol, I expect them to stop.

I think we get the idea but i will enumerate more specifically once the terms are accepted.

General summary-

In my 35 years on earth, I have never seen a person attempt to pass off so many warped lies and delusions as truths with such natural grace.

I am doing this only to set the record straight and have no interest in going through hours of bashing exchanges here, lets leave that for the time when we can have the truth monitored by an independent party with a machine 99% reliable.

I understand that this is an extraordinary suggestion, but before telling me I take this to seriously, please think how you would feel if you felt someone slandered you to the criminal extreme I am suggesting Jman did.

Respectfully

Dog

With all due respect Mr. Dogball - shouldn't you be spending your time capping? I mean, afterall, clients are depending on your picks that they pay for, no?

I think they would be disappointed to find out that you've been busy crapping instead of capping.

I have an idea. Why don't you pitch this idea to NBC and we can do a TV show called Meet My Scammer. The lie detector guy from Meet My Folks can administer the test, giving melodramatic thumbs up and thumbs down. Shrink and McIrish can ask the questions.

Imagine the episodes

Journeyman vs. dogball

raiders vs. MFG

MFG vs. his mother

It will be a hit! Or least on par with the other reality shit on TV today.

Raiders likes mama jokes, now that it's not his mama. I'll remember that.

The device's measures — pulse, blood pressure, breathing and sweating — reveal deception about as well as a coin flip. The polygraph is a defective medical test, one whose high false-positive rate, depicting honest people as liars, makes it unreliable as a diagnostic tool. Last year, Attorney General John Ashcroft estimated the false-positive rate of polygraphs at 15%, about a one-in-six chance, at a news conference.

How about some ole fashioned witch dunking???
