My experience with Pinnacle customer service has been excellent. As for the bonus, I am not a bonus user. I would much rather get the reduced juice. I got the one 10% bonus quite a while ago, and have had to re-up a few times with no bonus and do not regret it. I will say its up to each one of us to choose the book he is comfortable with. I am not here to promote Pinnacle, just to say I have had a good honest non-adversarial relationship with them so far. In other words to each his own. Good Luck.

Guys, I am not condemning Pinnacle, in fact its one of the books I play at, but my personal experience with the CS has been below average. Maybe I interupted a ping pong game or their McDonalds lunch.
And I would not call their lines good or bad but sharp!
I also have to say I don't buy into "smart" money! Sure way to lose your bankroll quick is chasing pseudo smart money!

Eric, the true smart money is when Pinnacle takes a side. You are 100% correct about them being sharp-and it shows in their lines.
They gamble a bit with their lines, but look at the success rate. Everyone with a my brothers aunt's sister told me that BW is playing so & so side can kiss my ass.

I think it's a real close battle between them and Canbet, but Pinnacle is tops. They are fast with the next days lines, their limits are solid, the low juice provides alot of opportunities, they seem to be as solid as they come financially (however I have no way of proving that), I have had really good experiences with the CS department although it has been email only, they offer a decent amount of wagering options and they pay FAST. The bonus isn't world class, but generally the top books don't knock you out with bonus deals anyway. My only complaint is that they don't offer free Neteller on ALL withdrawals, only one a month. Ofcourse they do let you take 8 grand a month for free so basically I don't have much of a complaint.
They are the best out there, that's not to say that there isn't a place in the market for the other powerhouses in the industry; Olympic, Grande, CRIS and WSEX, and more.

I've heard a lot of good things about Pinnacle, but I've never had an account there. The reason I never opened an account with them is because I wasn't comfortable with them not listing an 800 phone number on their site. With all that I've read about them I haven't seen anyone comment on that.

Well if one person has good experiences from a book,that doesnt make this book the best of the planet.
Many people will tell you that their CS is not top.I dont say that I m truly unpleased from their CS but as I ve said before,they are not top class.
As for mistakes,a friend of mine had a problem with a banking wire,not that they didnt want to pay him or anything,but it took them 2-3 weeks to solve it,and it was clearly their own fault.Everybody makes mistakes,question is how fast do they correct them and in what way.

I have had problems with Pinnacle and it was a pain in the ass because of their customer service, I had the Rocks -1 1/2 +550 and it was not graded for 3 hours, they told me it only happened to my account and they did not know why! And I do have their number and they acted like I was bothering them by calling!
But I want to reiterate the claim that I believe they are solid but I would certainly not consider their CS dept. even average!
