Have always kinda wondered this. Do they even pay attention to him? Are they allowed to?

Do you think it sways their decisions?

Do you think they make a couple of "fuck you Joe" selections, just so he's not 100% right? :think2:

Not sure what benefit Lunardi provides with his analysis................Nobody cares about Last 4 In and Last 4 Out a month ago, or a week ago, then it changes every second during the conference tournaments (not sure what that really accomplishes since it ex post facto every day)..........If he was that good of a bracketologist (whatever that is) he would win the Bracket every year (at least be in Top 5 every year)..........Believe it or not, we all knew who the Bubble Teams going into the Conference Tourneys long before Joe Lunardi appeared.

I would be really surprised if they even mention his name in the meeting room as I think he is irrelevant to the committee................

Is it me, or does Lunardi have a melted record on top of his head?

He is a professional entertainer; trying to keep viewership on that channel.

It's kind of nice to know which teams are probably near the bubble without having to do all the analysis yourself...but it's overkill. They never stfu about him. And I have no insight as to how accurate he is, they just spout his opinion like he's a prophet.

So if the selection committee is watching games, they can't not hear this guy's opinion.

I bet it leaks into their brain a little bit.

If they had the guts to completely cut out a few of the "who gives two shits" conference champions....... would be quite a bit better tournament.

Kind of like 64 of the 68 teams get a bye. Stuff was better before the millenials were born. Everyone gets an award and twitter counts. No, no, no.

Conference tournaments are entertaining but in reality you could go 4-29 and get in the tourney by beating teams that have nothing to play for. I rather have a Murray State in though than the 7th place team from the fake Big East or Big 19 or whatever the Big 10 has renamed itself.

What do guys like Lunardi do in July? Just vacation? It really isn't that hard to predict who is in and out. A couple calls a year.
