Does the SB champ go to last in the draft order?

The reason I ask is because in our FFB draft we align the draft order by how the teams did the year before. An argument ensued and I thought someone on here may be able to settle it.

My team finished 5-9 last year and was seeded 8th in the playoffs. I ended up winning the championship and ended up going to the 12th pick. Is this right, I am confused.

The worst part is I am a huge draft junkie and should know this. Does the NBA do the same thing?

Also what about the SB loser, where are they slotted?

of course they do, the nba does that stupid lottery crap

unless its a keeper draft though, their is no reason to not just repick for draft order
