Moore was looking downfield and had just thrown the ball when the defender hit him in the jaw. He didn't even have the chance to duck.

I agree with player safety but it was a quick play. The old rules of 2 steps would have ruled that a legitimate and clean hit. Most of us here players football in some form or fashion, and understand the speed of the game doesn't always allow players to adjust positioning prior to contact. Glad Moore is alright, but I still don't think the hit warrants a huge fine from that pussy Goodell's office

The number of things in the history of civilisation that were done for a long time but then people got smarter is endless. Society evolves, and gets better (in the long run). Think: childhood labor laws, slavery, calling black people negroes and/or colored, age of consent to marry, women as property...

Definition of targeting imho, opinions are varying and that's all I have to say on it.
