Which really sucks. Mediocre teams like UCLA, indiana, Illinois get plenty of chances to beat good teams and fail. Murray St runs the table in their conference, loses the final on basically Belmont's HC and is done. Another deserving team may get eliminated today if ill st wins. Can't see three teams from the MVC getting in, and two were top-11 teams.selection committee goes with mediocre teams from the big conf's and screws the great teams from the small conf's

Sorry, but this is a pretty ignorant statement. Northern Iowa and Wichita St. are locks.
Northern Iowa has an RPI of 15, seven wins against the RPI top 100, one loss outside of the RPI top 50, and while their SOS isnt great at 152, its 100 sports higher than Murray St.
Wichita St. has an RPI of 17, seven wins against the RPI top 100, two losses outside of the RPI top 50, and an SOS of 109.
Murray St. has an RPI of 70, one win against the RPI top 100, four losses outside of the RPI top 50, and an SOS of 254. Let this soak in for a minute, Murray St.'s second best win this year is a 12pt win over Western Kentucky. Also, before anyone says Murray St.'s SOS is so low because of their conference, they played the #231 out of conference SOS, so they did this to themselves.
Lastly, for what its worth, UCLA and Illinois are currently listed as outside of the tournament by most. The one you did list that's currently projected as in, has an RPI of 57, seven wins against the RPI top 50 (four of which were against teams in the top 25 at the time), four losses outside of the RPI top 50, and an SOS of 24. So its pretty ignorant to call Indiana "mediocre" then in the same breath insinuate that a well below mediocre Murray St. team should get in.
so ohio st or lsu do deserve to get in?
small conf teams make for a more interesting tourny
