I am unaware of such measurements, but am reasonably confident they only appear in a few studies involving smaller population samples (like a lab test group of a few dozen)
In the USA any research involving cannabis so tightly controls the participants, most of the information about "driving" comes from operating simulators.
It wouldn't surprise me that a driver with a decent bake on would be a notch slower reflexes than a 0.08 BAC since for most people that's two drinks in about 60-75 minutes.
Most adults with experience in both drinking alcohol and also experience in driving seem fully capable of negotiating the operation of a motor vehicle with two drinks in them over that time span.
Me? I don't suggest driving with a strong bake. Allow 30 minutes or more to pass first. Longer waiting period based on your (lower) level of experience using cannabis.
Also beware that when driving with any kind of decent bake on, all good songs on your CD/radio setup will seem twice as long as normal.
