Good question? Would be sweet if they did as they have a great facility for showing events, but I doubt they even know what UFC is or have some stupid Saturday night Tico disco going... credit to TOT for actually keeping up with American sporting events. New plasmas really step their game up. I may be a tough customer but I give credit when credit is due.
Hate the guessing game. Went to O'connors last year and I asked if they could put the fight on...they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to grab the control and look for it myself. They did end up buying the ppv though.

If Brad's Grille did have it on with sound on all the TVs then it would be a lay down as the facilities are top notch for showing events. As a betting man however, I would go -400 that they have no idea what UFC is and it would take some significant convincing to have them show it and furthermore wouldnt have sound (which is ESSENTIAL) because of their gay dance night they do on saturdays.
