Does bitcoin work the same as pay pal?

I opened a bitcoin account, when receiving a pay out from 5 dimes, do you simply transfer money from bit coint to bank account like pay pal?

Pretty much... If your using circle or coinbase, they go directly into your bank account
just make sure you use a blockchain address as your middleman, you don't want to depsoit or withdrawl from 5dimes directly into circle or coinbase or you run the risk of getting banned..

i even think coinbase lets you withdrawl directly to your p aypal account now as an option as well as your bank... i know you can buy bitcoin with p aypal through coinbase now. I havn't really used coinbase since the NHL playoffs finished up, I just got a couple email's from them talking about the upgrades.
