How are they to transfer money to and from? I see they have atm cards where you can access money immediately. Has anyone used them for online gaming? are they reliable?

Neteller also has a debit card that works like a charm. Personally, I've never heard of Central Coin-ever.

I have a funny feeling Central Coin is owned by the peoplw at SIA....

I have used them, but do not recommend them, NETELLER is the perfect solution.
