Does anyone know what's wrong with the REDS

I have been on this team way more then fading them this year and they are just horrid, I have a problem disecting baseball the wa I can football and I am wondering is there anything anyone sees that this team is missing, I am laying off or fading them until this turns around...I just dont undertand how the wood can go rotten so fast so often for so many talented hitters!!!:think2:
