I do, its good enough, Neteller way better IMO... Skrill lacks proper customer service, THB they suck in that department, mails unanwered or answered 4-5 days later

Thanks PR for the info, 1 question if you deposited back to the skill account from a out, how long before they credit you c.c with that money.thanks

Ok, you mean after the funds are in your skrill how long it takes from skrill to your cc or bank account? 1-2 business days, depends on your banking system, I believe in Europe and USA is almost instant, here in wonderful CR it takes 2 biz days cause an external commerce agency needs to approve any fucking foreign transaction. Used to take 3-5 biz days. That wouldnt be a problem if I had the Skrill card which allows you to cash out your skrill balance in any ATM, I would look into that if I was you. I paid for mine and they manage to lose it, complained and their terrible CS never fixed it... So alas, I use Neteller cause I do have the card.

Neteller bought Skrill this year. As noted by pocketrockets, their email support can be a joke. It's almost shocking that you can send a legitimate inquiry and not receive a reply for days if at all. Maybe it has improved since Neteller bought them though.

Skrill is much better than neteller esp. after neteller introduced new fees structure.
and re. Customer service efficiency, if you're a vip (which is rather easy to achieve), they reply rather fast.
