Does American Express/Any Credit Cards not charge..

a 3% for transaction fee.

I live in the US, but my Citi card charges me 3% on any charges made in another country.

Is anyone aware of any credit cards that do not charge for foreign transactions.

No. There are no foreign exchange transaction fees when you use your Schwab Bank Invest First card abroad. Other cards typically have a 1–3% transaction fee for any transaction made in a foreign currency.

were you billed in mexican pesos or in dollars? if you were billed in mexican pesos did you compare the exchange rate they gave you versus standard quotes from the internet?
