LA is a VERY GOOD play here. Another angle is Jim Tracy is a local kid that wants to win very badly in front of family and friends.

Also, the Reds have given up for '04. Wins will come very sparingly for the rest of the year. The Reds have been a classic example of a team to bet heavily on as a dog until the 4th of July and then load up on the opposition the rest of the season.
