Do you think the N Koreans are making nukes?

Now that the N Koreans have turned off the cameras for a few months, do you think they're trying to upgrade the nuclear fuel so that they can make a WMD?

Also appreciated if any experts on this can comment on how long it takes to refine the fuel into the kind needed for a weapon because I don't have any idea.

Of course they are. You never know if you can trust them or not (as in, they said they already have them) but you bet they are hard at work. Time ti build depends on the resources.

At least Kim will keep them in his own backyard used only to protect his own borders. Not like that mass murderer Bush that enjoys killing children and civilians.
