They all have their own exit polls so yes they know the results.

in fact it was the REbublican exit poll data in Flordia last time 2000 that kept the ush from "knowing" he lost. Even after the networks went Florida and the electio for Gore, his data showed him with is slight lead or worst case even in Flroda counties and thus still had life
