Do you think Andruw Jones Faked his birth certificate?

Yes I have been a big fan of Andruw Jones. If you look at his entire body of work, I still think he will get strong HOF consideration. He still has 10GGloves and 400 homers. There is not even a player with 10GGloves and 300 homers not in the HOF.

With that being said, something is very wrong. He was born in the Neitherlands. How is there cred when it comes to birth certificates?

There have been several foreign born players that we have come to find out being as many as 5 years older than we originally thought.

He is having what may be considered to be the worst season in baseball history.

He is playing like he is a lot older than 31 years old.

Its hard to believe that he was born 4/77.

This is why I said he was a lock for the HOF. 10 GGs and what I thought was a shoe in for 500 homers.

Now im not so sure he will get there even though is only a little bit more than 100 homers short of 500 at the so-called age of 31.

Do you guys think he is older than his birth certificate says?

Its the only thing I can think of right now.

Unless I am very wrong, he's from the Netherland Antilles.....not exactly Netherland.

Alot of players lose their magic out of the blue, from one day to another. Take for instance, Ronaldinho, from the World Cup in Germany till now, he's done Jack shit. Some people in the know, even suggest Barcelona doesnt want him to go to the Olympics because they fear he will devalue himself even more and wont be able to sell him as he is no longer in love with his club.

Take Rick Ankiel for example, from one day to the next, he completely lost the strike zone.

There are too many things to add to the equation like injuries, lack of motavion, etc. that are difficult to account for.

I always thought Jones had a very boyish face since he joined MLB. I for one dont think his birthdate was fake.

I really just don't think he gives a fuck about baseball anymore. Maybe he lost the love for it. He's been around it for so long and earned so much money I just don't think he cares. I think he got lazy and just said screw this game. This is just my opinion but offering him all that money screwed the Dodgers. If he gets a contract where he earns less maybe that'll change.

OR maybe he was shooting a needle in his ass before and now he doesn't. Not sure if he ever did 'Roids but you never know these days. That could also be in.
