Love betting unders because I can get my ass kicked in the 1st inning of a 1:05pm game in the 1st or 2nd inning and still have time to go out and do something fun.

The volatility is what makes college totals the best play...Vegas is much better at setting point spreads than they are totals. Especially in the first half of the season...You can take advantage of that if your paying attention and jump on totals early...Timing is everything with totals. You snooze you usually lose.

Part of my approach in live soccer. I like to start with a winning active position rather than a losing active position. This also gives you the option to trade out as the clock advances.

Feel way ahead until a team scores 3 runs in the 2nd and next inning another run is scored. 4 runs by end of 3 isn't a good feeling on a 8 total. hypothetically

Totals are all about the matchup. Once i cap a total i feel confident that it will hit whichever i side i took. Over/under....doesnt matter. Its about being on the right side.

My thing with unders is you need nothing to happen. Every time I take an over its like pulling teeth.. Can't get the runner in from third, fumble on the goal line, missed free throws.. Maybe I lost so many overs early on I'm scarred.

Capping wise I used to bet them both the same. I just enjoyed unders more cause I like defense better than offense. I like seeing an amazing save, hit, in hockey, or in Football a big tackle or when the team holds off another team on the 1 yard line. You'd think I'd like soccer more than I do, but with soccer there isn't really any big defensive plays that I find exciting.
