VD - you need to check your facts - we do not get any information from Don Best. In fact it is the other way around on a lot of injury information. LineTracker copied our stuff for 6 months, and then just carried over the practice when they bought DB, yet you don't see us suing them. I guess we are a bigger threat to them then they are to us.
NES - I don't know if DB is manipulating the lines, but there are a lot of indicators that they are giving CRIS injury info before it hits their screen. And it should not be too surprising since it was common practice when Dana owned the company and with him back in charge, it seems to be stats quo again.
Don Best, sports options or others live lines services are doing well. They are doing his work.
I think that the deal between sportsbook (transfer from sportsbook to spotsbook) is the key of this.
Those sportsbook most probably have access to Cris or others sportsbooks and they are monitoring his clients (those that accept transfer between book to book). Resulting of this, probably the book (other than CRIS) are moving the lines earlier than Cris do it, 10 seconds or 30 seconds....
I think that Cris do more business receiving or booking bets than placing bets. They are doing for a lot of years and still the best of the best sportsbook on this world.

The DB group is suing us (again) and G&J. In the first go around one of the things they asked for was an injunction regarding using their information. We said fine by us, we are not using their info. The judge said she would grant the injunction, but they had to post a 5k bond.
And an FYI - in the last hearing, their techs said that DB sends out fake changes, to all of their customers, multiple times a day in an effort to see if we are using their information, and the result is that we are not.
I know that you are smart enough to get around all this...but I know in the past you were using CRIS's lines without their approval....
