I'm in Houston. One would think with all of the cameras people have on their homes nowadays, this person would be on it. I haven't really followed it, but is this guy delivering the packages himself?

Manley said authorities don't believe the packages came from a delivery through the U.S. Postal Service or private mail carriers, and the placement on the home's front doorstep also indicated a similarity to the blast earlier this month.
