Until there is a team other than USC that could finish higher than 5th in the SEC, nothing USC does will impress me. It's USC and the 9 dwarves again this yr.

So they have 2 weeks to get up for the 1 game (AT HOME with PAC-10 refs - and we saw how that determined the Cal game yesterday) that will determine their yr. Big deal

I will make a bet with you right here right now, that Virginia will finish in the top 4 teams in the ACC this year.

If you say they are so bad, they will finish second last to duke, that should be an easy wager..

I have 300 cold cash money waiting for ya...


Ps..BTW.. i do agree USc is the best team in the country by far..That doesnt mean i cant see talent in Virginia when it clearly exists.

How many jumped on the o/u for the USC game? 42.5 was just too good to pass up.

USC most certainly very good but at this time i could make a case for 2-3 Big 12 teams not to mention 3-4 SEC teams. It just to early to tell.

USC about 7.5 against Ohio State.

SC wants to play SEC teams, SEC doesnt want to play them and before you say why would they want to if they are in the sec... well why make the statement you did

The part of that game that amazed me was the way USC was able to "rotate" 7 new starters on offense, including Sanchez who stepped right in as if he's been running that offense for years. I have to admit that I was a little bit skeptical until I saw how well he is synched up to his WR's and had command of that offense (and playbook.)

But I won't be completely convinced until I see how they play vs. OH St. in 2 weeks.
