For fantasy purpose, need to know if I have to pick anybody up, because 3 of my pitchers pitched today.

IMHO
They setup for who they play.
Everybody sans the Allstars should be ready.

What Coaster said

Most managers use these three days (for about half the teams, it's four days) off to rearrange their starting pitching rotation.

I know that here in TBay, Maddon has already announced that he's going to go with Shields on Friday, then Kazmir, Garza, Price and Neimann

It allows him to break up the LH and also moves the two rookies to the back end. (though we'll note that Neimann has for the most part pitched like a Top3 starter).

This makes for an interesting scenario as Shields will thus start two games in a row, since he worked today before the Break.

Fun Fact - James Shields has received the lowest run support of any starting pitcher in AL save for Detroit's Edwin Jackson.

So if general odds give the Rays a bit of reversal in his remaining 14 or so starts, games with Shields could present a modest bit of extra value. (same for Jackson or any other frontline SP who has had below avg run support)

Fun fact:
Sandy Koufax once pitched on the last dayof the last game of an All Star Break, threw in the All Star game, and pitched the first game after the All Star Break.

So far, have not.

But what I'm going to do Thur-Mon is make a concerted effort to review the daily Matchups at Covers, which shows the run support for that day's SP and I'll compile a list - then post here
