I was on FB tonight and this "friend" posted about leaving work to play magic. All the comments were about sorcerers, dragons and mazes and just made up shit. Who does this shit still? This is one of those friends you know but not really if you catch my drift.

What's your story Glazer? How'd you find the RX?

I'm gonna guess he did a google search on having a threesome with Pauly D and The Situation, and ended up in the rubber room.

Unbelievable! To think (Lord of the rings trilogy) people would still be into (Harry Potter) this type of entertainment (Game of Thrones) is totally beyond me.

Never played magic, dungeon & dragons, or any other sort of dice game. However, i play a lot of fantasy sports, daily fantasy sports, and like to wager on sports so its pretty much the same thing. The only difference is what i do is more "accepted" in "cooler" circles

I owned a sports Card shop for many years and let me tell you one thing. MAGIC IS A GOLD MINE!!!!. Sports card sales were on a decline and games like Pokemon,Magic,Dragon ball z, Yugioh all far exceeded what I was doing in Sports. Its a younger generation and that what they are into. Yes I would have my heavy hitters coming in and buying sports but I would do 3 times as much a month in gaming cards.

When sports card packs went to 5 then 10 then 20 then 50 then 100 then 200 and now up to 300 for 1 pack of cards. What kid can afford that? I moved on to game used items and Autographs as that is really the only market left for Sports related items.

Id heard of it from tv but didnt know it was really popular till my gfs brother told me he goes to magic games all the time and theyre held at some magic store. He said theres tons of guys who come out. Hes almost 27 and a virgin so the crowd sounds like a fun group of go getters but ive never tried it so who knows maybe there is something to it.
