Ok now that I have your attention, I will explain a bit. I dont have time to explain it all, but dumbass me used firepay a few times last month and earlier this month. All was fine for the first 5 or so deposits into sportsbooks and poker rooms. Then for some reason, my bank declined to accept the ACH check for $300. All of the other ACH checks were for less money and were paid by my bank. The bank declined that check because they wanted to check with me and see if I had authorized all of these charges. Well the payment went back to firepay. They QUICKLY suspended my account.

Not a problem with me since I knew that you would send the check again for the $300 and it would pass the second time. Well they sent it through again ALONG WITH a $25.00 "processing" fee and both were paid of course. But here in lies the problem!!

They proceeded to call party poker and tell them my payments of $50 and $100 that I sent party poker to enter a satellite tournament were not honored. Thus party poker put a "lien" on my account for the $150. I had no idea about any of this UNTIL I tried to deposit $250 into party poker for another satellite tournament and then found out that they only give me $100 in my account since I "OWED THEM" $150. OK after a few yelling matches I was OK with that thinking that firepay would correct the problem sooner or later!

Well one day later, maybe because I cussed at partypoker on the phone for stealing my money or because they were worried over the firepay problem, they cancelled my account and gave me about 5 phone numbers to call and talk about it. Well I called EVERY number and now party poker will not fix the problem. Naturally , I had about $80 left in my party poker account when they closed it and they wont give that back!!!

So lets see, first of all, I lose $150 to party poker due to what they say that firepay woudlnt pay them. Then I lose my $80 in winnings because they canceled my account and I cant find ANYONE who can talk about the situation!

Now on to this bullshit organization, FIREPAY. They dont have an 800 number or any other number to talk about these problems!!! Can someone give me a phone number to call firepay????????? Their emails take about 24 hours to get a response and all they say is that they waiting for the $300 check to clear, which it did on JUNE 17!!!!!!!

TAKE HEED to this earning, DO NOT use this shitty organization firepay!!! This amount of money isnt really worth the trouble either!! But if I dont take some sort of stand, then other people will be dumbasses like me and use firepay during the football season.

"Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice shame on you!" They took my money nad my relationship with a casino, dont let it happen to you!!

Thanks for the reply surfrat! I realy want someone to tell me the phone number to firepay if possible as well.

But your comment is right on line to what I was trying to get at, use an alternative form of payment! You know the funny thing is that I used neteller this week to fund a tournament at party poker and they still took $150 from taht deposit! Not neteller's fault, but if I would have known about the $150 problem I NEVER would have deposited again to partypoker!

I can confirm this fits Firegay's MO to a T! Did the same thing to me with INTERTOPS. The only difference is it was a double charged debit card deposit back before they went to EFT's.

Went tattling behind my back to INTERTOPS and got my account temporarily suspended. Compare this to PayPal where I bounced three instant transfers to sportsbooks. They never even notified the Books. The "problem" was taken care of between Paypal and me. And they didn't charge any penalty whatsoever, and I was able to still make any transaction I wanted while waiting for the second EFT to go through.

Use Firegay at your own risk. What happens if you win big off a Firegay deposit and they decide to screw you? Think about that.

Well I usually bet up to about $2000 a gay at various sportsbook,s so I am lucky that I never used firepay to deposit at a sportsbook! I was just playing for a few hundred at a time at party pokers tournaments! Not much money to me, but I want to save some other players some money!

Firepay now charges you $1.00 to deposit via your bank accoutn as well. Doenst really matter, but may suprise some of you who havent used them in the past 10 days

Players,

We have always found Firepay to be a useful service for our clients. Sounds to me like an unfortunate situation gone worse. Shoot me an email and I will give you a good person to contact.

I've had a Firepay account since they opened. Used to use it a lot playing at casinos a couple years ago. They were a decent operation them, but since they have really gone down hill. Paypal totally blew them away and now Neteller is doing the same. They could have easily been the top processor for online casino payments when paypal ended, they somehow managed to blow that opportunity through their incompetence and let Neteller jump ahead. Then again they used to be Surefire commerce, many casino players can testify to their incompetence when they used to process credit card transcations for many casinos when they were still prevelent.

Point being, only use Firepay as a last resort. These tye of stories are all over various gambling boards.

It's like pulling teeth! Even the sports books won't post a phone number with a contact's name. you have to email them on the lowdown to get that kind of info!

BigTex,

It is not that I do not want to post the information. It is just that it is a direct link to one of the upper management. I am trying to help the clients and posting that number here could lead to that number being changed. I hope you understand.

Players,

Shoot me an email, my friend.

Jake thanks for your help. I have to admit I am not keen on a business not even wanting to let us know how to get hold of them. Especially one that will be in direct contact with my money. No wonder Players posted what he did, if your e-mails don't get answered what are you suppossed to do? Anyway good job with your book Jake, nice to see you hanging around helping out.

Players - keep me posted on what goes on if you would. Just curious how this works out. Wanted the rep here so we all could hear what he has to say, maybe you will fill us in if it gets resolved. I have seriously considered using them as another way to fund at books but never got around to it.

Jake,
I'll be honored to bump up all the firepay complaint threads if you can find somebody at firepay that knows their own phone number or will post in the forum...maybe your man can even unfreeze my account, which has been frozen with no explanation for 8 months!

I don't know if they still have money to pay for their phone service but here is their number: 866 - 525 - 4694

Don't tell them where you got it, they hate people calling them.

Gringo, thanks so much for the reply! Believe it or not, but partypoker gave me that number 2 days ago but i had lost it. However, before I lost it, I tried calling that number about 5 times and each time it was busy so I sort of gave up thinking that it was a wrong number.

You know the funny thing was that partypoker didnt want to give it to me either, they kept telling me that I was their customer and why couldnt I get it off of their website??

Well I told them that I no longer had an active account! So they finally understood and told me that this might be the number
