Hadn't used them in about 5 years so decided to give them a small deposit to try them out again. I went on live chat and asked numerous questions regarding varying policies (rollover requirements, paperwork required prior to cash out, etc.) they answered all my questions and I asked them if there is anything else I should know.
I end up making a deposit and nail a 5-team parlay. Therefore, I submit the necessary documents to request my payout. Once I do this, I am then told that I cannot cash out within 10 business days of a deposit. I have used probably 20 different books and never had this rule, additionally it was not mentioned when I was asking questions. Therefore, my money is now stuck. Keep in mind I have 30x my deposit amount in there so if they want to place a hold on my initial deposit that's one thing but holding the entire amount is ridiculous. Clearly they are hoping that I lose the money back to them as they must have solvency issues.
I WOULD SUGGEST DO NOT USE BETPHOENIX. If I am ever able to actually get my money out of there I will never be going back
