when i met jay cohen (btw - he could be getting out as early as october - if i recall correctly) i asked him about on-line casinos - and how "honest" they were. he nearly died laughing and told me to stay away from them all (i do anyway - i just wanted his opinion on them) and that they are all rip-offs. this was one of the few things that really stuck in my mind during our talk.
I have no sympathy with online casinos! Like the guy who lost 8 thousand on an online casino, then claimes he was robbed,lol! Shit happens. Same thing happens in Atlantic City and Vegas! You like Black Jack, go to Vegas wit the money you lose online with and play single deck Black Jack! I won 7 grand in 20 minutes playing single deck in Vegas! In A,C. or Vegas with a 6 deck shoe I get beat every time with 19 or 20 with the dealer puling a card out of his arse! Only way you beat the dealer is if he busts!
when I called out a book on their casino.. they told me they will check the settings to see if everything is on the up and up.. I always thought the cards were completely random.. but this guy told me they can set it to whatever % they want.. as far as how much they win.

Ive said it time and time again, the software to these casinos have different difficulty settings. Its just a matter of catching them at the right time. They keep up with winning and losing %'s, and will allow winnners at certain times, but if they have been hit hard, they crank that sucker up to a higher difficulty level.
I`ve been playing this game (BJ) longer than most here have lived. Not a boast BTW, just making a point as someone said you have to have some life experience to get by. Risking money on the turn of a electronically controlled deck is INSANE!! It`s hard enough face to face. 20 yrs ago the single deck game @ the Shoe was as close to evening the house odds as you`re ever going to get. Now however the penetration or lack thereof will kill you. I personally like a handheld 2 deck game, w/2 players. I don`t mind going heads up either. At any rate do it face to face. And BTW the house hitting an 8, 7, or whatever is needed is just part of the game. Learn Basic Strategy and use strict money mgmt, and the game CAN be beaten. LOL
