I love GMAIL. Everything from the google drive to the software itself.

I use google forms to run a small contest every week -- and the form I use just ask for their user name - who will score the first TD -- and a security code... It was shutdown this week saying it violated their TOS... WHAT??

Makes me wonder if they can access everything under that account.
Does Email providers have the right/ability to read your emails? Can google read all your google documents?

When you upload or otherwise submit content to our Services, you give Google (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones.

so yes they can "read" your docs, but they can only use it to make their service better or to invite new services... you you upload a book you're not giving away your copyright.

They absolutely can and do have access to read everything. Also everything is backed up X 100 so you can delete and delete away but everything that was ever in your account at one time or another is saved somewhere till the end of time.

They must have a program that reads them all for keywords to flag then they review.. it still seems like a massive amount of data to comb through even in that respect.. was this league also ran through palpay I assume?

I must be lucky. I'm still up and running. Tons of those contests in my files.
