Do poker players consider it unethical if you sit in at a table, double/triple up and leave...? Is not any different Id say.
I think they hate it if you jump into a game with say $300 when the average stack is 2k or more then walk away with with a bunch of their money.
As long as you come into a game with a decent stack the leaving early after a big hand is not an issue.
They frown more on short stacks hitting and running more then someone that walks in with a bunch of cash and leaves early.
I saw a guy one time buy in with $250 when the average stack was over 2 k and 20 mins later he had over 7k and left .
They were not too happy with that guy.
lol wow, my guess was the guy was very happy with himself
It's amazing how fast a stack can grow. You are never out of it until you have zero chips.
Yesterday I saw the most amazing SNG comeback ever.
6 player hyper turbo.
Everyone started with 300 chips.
It was down to 3 players the top 2 get paid.
I had 1400 chips, the other 2 had 396 and 4.
The guy with 4 chips finished 1st, the guy with 396 finished 2nd, and the guy with 1400 chips finished 3rd.
Local books hate it........I remember when I was up pretty good on one if my local guys the first year I was with him, & he stated if I bet basketball or baseball, & I said nope, just football with him, & he sounded pissy, haha!
I ended up hooking up like 7 or 8 other guys thru him & never got a penny for the losses those guys lost to him, heck one guy lost $60,000 just in the NBA to him.......I should have gotten money like agents do for books, but that wasn't my intention, these guys were friends & needed a good book, so screw the books, hit & run every time on those greedy bastards!
