Dispute with WWTS

Here's the situation, you all tell me if I'm right or wrong please:

I bet out yesterday on some NFL plays today with my WWTS account. I log on this morning to print out my wagers with them and my balance instead of ZERO says NEGATIVE $24.58. I looked at it a few times cause I have NEVER seen that with an offshore account of mine. Sure enough it reads -24.58. I call WWTS, ask them why I have a negative balance, the lady puts me on hold for about 10 minutes and comes back and says once when I transferred money from the sportsbook to the casino they gave me $24.58 extra! I told her that never happened, and asked how could that happenn anyway? She said she has no idea when it was and that I have 2 choices.... I can decrease one of my bets or leave it negative. I said neither of those are acceptable to me, she said those are my choices. I told her NOT to touch my bets. She agreed but said my account will stay NEGATIVE $24.58. Now I realize we are talking about $25 here, but cmon! Am I wrong here? I want this fixed! WWTS have anything o say?

IMO these things can be worked out easily. For some reason WWTS feels they over paid you by $24.58 you feel differently. You really need to wait until Monday and get with their customer service reps and get some sort of bet/paper trail that caused the over payment (if that is really the case). Sounds to me like all your bets will count, so no harm done there. Just ask for a plus - minus statement for the week and reconcile it with your beginning balance.

Yes it was. Thanks to The General for stepping in here! I strongly believe if you let the bully take your lunch money on Tuesday he's gonna want it again on Wednesday, so I didn;t want to let this go! Thanks guys for your help!
