I was told today it will be tomorrow before I can use my money.

Which books pay the fees for Instacash so I can use my money when I want to?

neteller is good for this. they are greedy bastards, that make you wait, hoping you do the insta cash, more money in their pocket

i hope some competition comes along soon

another problem with neteller is if a book over pays you they allow them to withdrawal money from your account without consulting you first

but if you send to much money by accident, then you cant call neteller and have them reverse the depsoit.

bullshit

Adding to Bigbets points.

If a book doesn't pay and even admits to stealing players money Neteller wil continue to let them operate and use Neteller as a device to steal from unknowing players.

On the flip side. If a casino or sportsbook suspects a player of fraud they can contact Neteller and Neteller wil lock the players account to investigate.

Neteller was started by the online gambling industry, not the players, and not an independent company like Paypal.

Anyone who thinks Neteller is on the players side is an idiot.

ladeda, agree

if it weren't for us players, neteller would not exist......its not the books making them money, its the players depsoiting the money

This is some pretty scary stuff you are saying about Neteller. Ihave them linked to my ONLY checking account and have never had any problem.

Has anyone here had this happen to them?

Probably a good idea King. I just wonder about the allegation made above about Neteller.

I have not read anywhere that Neteller did this to someone.

In fairness I should also add that I use Neteller almost exclusivley. Depsite hating the fact that they are book/casino friendly as I mentioned above, their services are invaluable to me and head and shoulders above the extremely weak competition. Since credit cards are almost extinct and no legitimate money transfer company will touch gambling after Paypals exit and the legal problems they faced there simply aren't many alternatives. Firepay had a chance but proved to be just as clueless as their parent compnay Surefire commerce.
After the whole Securebuxx mess it isn't worth the risk for me to get involed with the tiny upstart companies without credentials.

I haven't had problems with Neteller personally but I know of a few who have had their accounts locked ofr investigation. Every single one was cleared of any wrongdoing since they were in fact innocent. Then you get books, like Pan AM, Bet Mega etc and Neteller will continue to let players deposit their money into the books knowing that those books aren't paying the players.

What's wrong with Firepay?

Aside from their moderately annoying withdrawal fees ($5, no big deal) and insistence on waiting for checks to clear before allowing a withdrawal (Neteller has a way to get around this if you have more in your NT account than you are waiting to clear, but it's essentially the same thing) I haven't had any probs with Firepay.

Why are they so maligned?

the problem with firepay is that if you ever have a problem that requires customer service on their end.............well it will take a LONGGGGGGGGGGG time and you may never get the problem solved

No way to make a free w/d, EVER. That's #1. After 100's of transacions per year that $5 does become "a big deal".

I have seen Neteller go out of their way to assist me and some of my friends on several occasions...

They really do care what posters think and here is a response from them...

Bighead states that NETeller does not care about the player. The largest part of my job is caring about the player. Please feel free to add my email (Colin@NETeller.com) when you see posters with issues that you feel I could address. I have also told you this for a long time. That would be proof that I care greatly about players. Also, I have mentioned this to the other Forums as well. I have my assistant monitor ALL Forums looking for clients in need. That would also back my story up. I know I do not have to explain this to you, but that accusation is upsetting to say the least.

Also, I am an advocate for closing shady/non-paying books. If a book does not pay, we investigate. We certainly do not do business with them for long without an explanation from their end. I monitor this VERY closely. A problem is that when we do close a merchant, they still have the NETeller logo on their site. It is up to the merchant to remove the banner. Another issue is you get posters that do not mention that they did manipulate the merchant. They simply mention that they did not pay out. All accusations are sent to a department I created and they are ALL investigated and followed up with the merchant in question.

It is too bad when a guy gets on and posts garbage, and has readers believe their words to be gold.

If you can please address and also give posters my email when you find appropriate, it would be greatly appreciated.

Shrink,

Can you please ask Colin to name 5 sportsbooks that neteller closed because of constant no pay situations.

Shrink,

Can you please elaborate on how neteller helped you or your friends. I'm not aware of anyone else ever being helped by neteller.

But I will say I am one of those players who once did accidentally send too much money to a merchant. The first time I used neteller to send funds. I thought it was going to be automatic. And when I hit submit from the merchant site, I didn't see anything. And then I hit refresh got an error message, and thought the request didn't go through. So I hit the back button and resubmitted, only to have both requests go thru. I called the sportsbook inquestion, and they said they'd gladly send the money back, but would have to charge me fees, unless I could get neteller to send back the money. I called neteller, explained the situation, and the cs guy at neteller swore up and down, that neteller wouldn't hit me with any fees for sending the moeny back. Of course what he failed to explain was that while neteller wouldn't charge me, they would still charge the merchant. SO I walked away thinking the merchant was taking adavantage of my mistake.

SO while I have had pleasent conversations with COlin in the past, I have yet to see anything that demonstates to me that neteller is at all concerned about the players.

My problem with neteller is resolved and I'm looking forward to a congenial relationship with them.

Thanks, Colin!

I am in England right now. However, I have sent this to a supervisor and I mentioned to him to take care of it immediately.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please let me know if this is not sorted today.
