The only time all the games are blacked out, regardless of who shows them, is for the 3 hour period every Saturday, when there is a National telecast on Fox. Not Fox Sports Net, but the Fox network. As to the Extra Innings Package, I had it last year and they do NOT show every game. Most days, it seems 2 to 4 games are not shown. I think it has something to do with who has the local rights for each team. I never saw a game from San Diego last year on Extra Innings.
The only way to see every game, except your local team if you live near one, is to buy the package from Major League Baseball for $89 on the internet. I had both last year, so I could see the games that were not on the Extra Innings package, except of course, the Saturday games. The MBA internet package does give you the radio broadcast for every game, even the ones that were blacked out today. If you have a lot of bandwidth, I have 6 megs, the picture is pretty good. No more jerking or freezing up but who wants to watch games on their computer. The can even show six games at once, but that costs another $40. It's ironic but I can't get the package because I have DISH TV and they won't agree to what Major League Baseball wants. I may have to switch to Direct TV if Dish dosen't do something soon. Hope this helps.
