I'm willing to bet on that. He is primed already for a bigger job. Would've welcomed him greatly with open arms to S. Carolina. Crazy he didn't get any attention outside of UCF and Cuse...We knew it and now its official. Syracuse will improve, but I am not sure it will earn this coach a bigger job later. :think2:

I was about to say he averages right at 2 years at each job, head coach or not, and successful when he leaves every time. Only concern is his age,54, which he doesn't look at all, but I don't think that stops him from pursuing something else, but it most likely head hunts him, instead...dude likes having a new job...8th school in 15 years
Oh I agree, that's why I said "hopefully", because the guy deserves a way better job than this one. I would've stayed at BGSU, but the guy loves new jobs and greater challenges...lol at him getting 8+ wins a season in central ny. He wont make any difference at all with that program. 3-4 wins a season
