No one on a regular basis and highly unlikely I would guess. I do think books could make some money by offering it on all national TV games, but other than that it is probably a tough proposition to make money on. I don't think Pinnacle really likes doing it, but its part of their culture so to have 3 sports at bargain lines and then hockey at 20 cents would look bad and send out the wrong message.
I still remember last year, I saw this line, but had no opinion on the series so I didn't wager. Serious hockey better that I am, I don't think I can ever forget a 2 cent hockey line!:
