Dime line for soccer totals?

Besides Pinnacle, is there any book that deals dime lines on soccer totals or something near a dime line?

I thought Pinnacle had 15 cent Totals ... ditto for Canbet.

I can't recall ever seeing 10 cent soccer Totals anywhere, except for some special promotions.

For a start Pinnacle copies them from Indosoccer and on top of that puts a lower limit on them.
