Did we get a good deal??

We are going to Vegas in December. I paid $700 for 4 nights at new york new york and 2 roundtrip plane tickets.

Did I get a good deal?

Also what do you reccomend we do there besides gamble?

Hotel rooms with the exception of NYE are virtually given away between Thanksgiving and the new year.

Also the flights are non-stop and on peak times. We are not leaving vegas at 12 in the morning or anything like that.

harrah's is a dump...the party pit or whatever outside can be alright but they give me free rooms and it is center strip. I book everything seperate but there is a surplus of rooms in vegas for the few months when it isn't poolside weather...like I said I don't think you got a great deal or got ripped off and you weren't getting defensive about your "deal" man, were you?

A couple bills is a rounding error at the end of a vegas trip anyway.

The only problem with booking a vegas trip more than a week in advance is that every day until then is a dissapointment! If you are there the first weekend and want to meet up, drinks on me!
