In a word, yes.
It is safe to say Tiger's better days left him 24-30 months ago.
He is on the downside now of a storybook, once in a lifetime golf career.

Yang made some clutch shots, but Tiger missed SO many putts..I would say Tiger defiantely choked this one..if he makes a couple of putts it would have been over
No, he got outplayed. He didn't go out there and yak all over himself, he wasn't spraying the ball all over the place. He struggled with the flatstick for once during the final round of a tourney. It happens. Take nothing away from what Yang did out there, he was brilliant.
Tiger as at the age where stuff is a little bigger down there the voice is a little deeper, you have to start shaving and things like girls become interesting. So his mind may not 100% be on golf right now.
His putting woes aside, I think the old Tiger would have got out the 3 wood and gone for those pins. Especially when everybody started catching up to him. He used to put it in another gear when things got tight. He did just the opposite on Sunday. Not his game imo.
He blew it on Saturday. The old Tiger extends the lead to 5+ going into Sunday. The new conservative Tiger played for pars on Saturday expecting everyone to implode. This just didn't happen and he got beat on Sunday because of it.
