I watched a video, it's hard to tell, it actually looks like he may have been touching the ball when Carpenter kicked it

In a post game interview, he said he tipped it, he "may" be right

I thought t was tipped first time around. Reality if anyone needs to be mad it's on the refs. Line judges should be quicker with the whistle THAT IS HELD IN THEIR MOUTH. Sherman plays hard and he did nothing wrong IMO. Look at his play on the final play. He levels his receiver as soon as it's legal.

Good eyes Willie -- Sherman touched the ball while it was still on the ground, which constitutes a blocked kick and nullifies the foul....amazing nobody mentioned that, but then again, controversy is good for ratings

Tyrod was out the pocket but if the wr is running a route and sherman pushes him in the back instead of head on its probably a flag. It would seem like pushing someone down is worse than grabbing them but that's the rules I guess. Tyrod was out the pocket so everything is fair game

today we know he actually blocked the kick, his hand was on the ball before any contact with the kicker

hence there cannot be a roughing the kicker call, you cannot even call running into the kicker

you can call a personal foul IF the refs blew the whistle beforehand

The whistle was blown. Unabated and he kept going, it should have been a Personal Foul. That's what was reported today on OTL
