Did any of you revceive a x-mas present from your book? I did not. Shame to the books. Most of them are making tons of money from me but not even a small gift or a freeplay has been sent or emailed to me. I am playing for several thousands a year with 5 Dimes, Oly, Sky, II, CRIS, Bluegrass, BHB, Millenium, Heritage, PANAM, WWTS and others. Not one of them sent me anything. Great job. Even the Italian restaurant around the streets is giving away x-mas presents to is customers but not the books. Great job. Anyone of you had the same experience? Btw I played with 3 Austrian books over the year for just 500 each and cashed out the money and all of them emailed me their x-mas wishes and gave me a 50 dollar freeplay. That is great cs !!!!

I like the way the books are announcing Xmas parties for themselves all over this Board using your money. Yet, they don't send you a t-shirt or something.
It goes something like this, "We'll be closed for all customer service for the next 12 hours while we spend your post-up money on booze and hookers for our employees and agents. You should be patient when calling and fully expect delays throughout the holiday season. Rest assured that we will get the maximum enjoyment from your hard earned dollars. Merry Xmas."
After that, you get a bunch of posts form other laimo bookies who attended the party, telling you how great a time they had.
