Dexter : Season 4 Episode 1 : "Living the dream"

Dexter is finally here again! Just got done watching the season opener. Wow, that was great. I guess the season will revolve around "The trinity killer" but Dexter's having a wife and kid, him being tired all the time definitely added an interesting element. And of course the drama with the usual cast members is good fun. (And Dex offs someone ^_^)

I have faithfully watched all these in order and it's my favorite show right now by far. After waiting so long for it to restart, it did not disappoint.

Also liked the opener. Imo season 3 wasn't as good as the first two seasons, but still one of my favorites. Right behind "House M.D." and my personal favorite "Breaking Bad".

Yea. I agree. Season 3 was kind of a let down. But I guess they needed to do what they did as plot points to progress the show. If he just stayed single in his pad dating that chic and offing people it would be quite ho-hum.

That's the cool thing about these shows on the paid channels, the characters actually DEVELOP.

That's not the part of season 3, that I didn't like: The whole thing with him "having a partner" was a bit overdone in my opinion. Already started during season 2, when he tried to pin all the stuff on the other cop. It was just too unrealistic at times imo, but then again that's part of every series.
But really liked episode 1 of season 4. :103631605

BREAKING BAD best show on TV.

Dexter is a good show as well and the now cancelled Brotherhood was also a very good show on Showtime
