Lay all the money down on the spread which is +8.. And the moneyline anywhere from +400 to +500 or so..

The turning point in Game 1 will be this..
RIP Hamilton

Working in Hamilton's favor will be the fact that he won't be charged with guarding Bryant on the other end of the floor, that unenviable job will fall to Tayshaun Prince. Who has some skill as well, and those long arms will play a key role.

Hamilton will light up the Lakers tonight in this Game 1 showdown, and you will understand quickly, these Detroit Pistons are like the Spurs of last year, but stronger.

Ben Wallace can and will make Shaq look hopeless tonight. Big ben is a smarter basketball player and is built just as big as Shaq but not height wise.

Detroit Pistons win Game 1 at L.A. tonight, and make all the non-believers believe.

If Payton plays like 40 year old Reggie Miller, Billups will rip him a new one, guaranteed.

What do you guys make of Malone?

In all seriousness, he should forfeit his ring after the Lakers win ... he's done absolutely nothing but hurt the Lakers throughout the playoffs.

bum.

he only guarded garnett, duncan, and other great players. he's helping the team other ways. Rebounds, hussle, and leader on court

why should he forfeit his ring?

i guess that means everyone on the bulls except jordan should forfeit theres too.

You call that "guarding"??? When was the last time he actually jumped? When was the last time he didnt' resort to a forarm shiver to the body as "defense"?

When was the last time he was guarded??

C'mmon - he's washed up.

I hate to say this but the Lakers will sweep the Pistons very easily.... although, +8 in Game 1 looks good to me.

Malone is actually doing something and is a 'role' player..he may not be scoring, but he is a key player. He is rebounding, playing solid defense, etc.
Malone is actually playing 32+ mins a game...unlike a cheerleader in Horace Grant

Malone is doing all the little things in LA and is helping tremendously. He is a dirty player at times, but he is contributing nicely.

unbelievable

i thought we had all agreed the pistons have ZERO chance to win this series and games in LA.

there should be little doubt or discussion about the fact we are going to MI with LA UP 2-0 and if we come back to CA it will be 3-2 lakers with G6 being the last game of the season.

pistons play in the wnba - meaning they have NO PRAYER of wiinning it all - NONE!

go ahead and bet the pistons on the M/L - just don't come here crying about your bet afterwards.

betting the pistons on the M/L in ANY game in LA is DUMB! you will lose your bet. save your money and bet it on something else - you stand a better chance for money spent on the pistons on the M/L is money lost

pistons ATS - that is another story. you might win that one - but SU? save me! NO PRAYER!

WINKY YOU MAKE MANY POINTS VALID

BUT

the pistons have held teams to under 80 POINTS
10 times this year in the playoffs.

i just think and say they r a special team this year and somehow someway they get it done.

let's not forget folks, all it takes is a Major Injury on the Laker side & then we may have a series....

that is why they have to play the games...

Thanks again for the guarantee EGD...phew...

Lakers and Malone I hate the most in the NBA but Lander seems you don't know much about basketball with those comments.
