I don't think DET will go 0-16 either. But, Caldwell is not a good coach, the play calling is pretty bad, Stafford doesn't have touch & makes bad decisions more often then not. Collinsworth said it best when he mentioned Calvin Johnson doesn't see those downfield, "go get em" passes anymore. They don't always work, but when it does it's a homerun. So they should try it once in a while, but Stafford hasn't done it once yet. The losses of Suh & Levy cannot be overlooked too.
A lot of Stafford's passes go into the turf 5 yds before the receiver. I compare Stafford to Flacco in that they excel in the deep jump ball & bullet pass over the middle. Both teams need to stick w/that until they get better QBs, IMO. DET will be vying for a top 5 pick.
