These are my first playoff picks. I'm a homer when it comes to my tigers so I saved some of you some money not posting. Let's get it!

1. St. Louis -110 for 2 units. Lackey was acquired to help stl. I don't think they win this series but I think being at home is a huge advantage at st louis. Lackey has been great in 8 of his last 10 starts(he got dinged up in both those). He matches up well against this lineup and while I think this will be a close game, I just don't trust Ryu after his last one inning outing. BUT
2. Under 7.5 for 2 units. I think both pitchers pitch great but Lackey outlasts Ryu in a pitchers duel. Follow or don't follow. Hopefully I win someone, along with myself, some money!

Because he's 0-3 against the Birds in the postseason. Not saying he can't or won't win, but that's heavy juice to pay on guy who's been owned by the Redbirds.

I think the Royals have a chance to do something special this year with that speed. They will make this an interesting series, to say the least. I expect Big Game James to come out and make a statement today. I have a feeling the game stays low scoring, as both pitchers have been doing very well in the postseason. I am taking KC moneyline (+105) for 1 unit and run line (+1.5 at -170) for 1 unit. The over under is 7 which is plenty but not a for sure pick yet. Good luck with your action tho!
