OK, found it. Paycheck system is play against the Jets before they go to NE. They have a horrendous ATS record for that spot. All this other stuff can't help. And the short week to prep for the Pats, which is always the scalp Ryan really wants...

OK I found an old game9000 thread. Fade Jets before Foxboro and on Jets before NE comes to Meadowlands. I will check your links as well. Thanks Roll

useless stats as far as I'm concerned... Did the Jets play the same team before the Pats all these years ? Were the Jets underdogs in all these games ? Were the Jets favs in all of these games ? Were the Jets a home team in all of these games ? if no, this stat is useless... every game has its own merit as I always say..

Seer, if wash had a competent QB in the 1st half and a coach with half a brain, Seattle would have lost that game by 10pts. Wilson got lucky on a few plays, yes lucky, yes lucky ....

Richard Herman and the Legion of Donkys have now been exposed 2 weeks in a row!

HERE'S THE BEST TREND......

PLAY AGAINST ANY POS QB.WHO TURNS THE BALL OVER TWICE A GAME and DOESN'T KNOW THE TIME ZONE DIFFERENCEs(WELL HE DID STUDY AT WEST VA) vs ONE OF THE GREATEST QBS EVER..WHO IS THROWING AGAINST ONE OF THE WORST SECONDARIES IN THE LEAGUE..ALSO TAKE THE VISTOR TT TO GO OVER..JUST MAKE SURE ED HAGALIE(HOWEVER YOU SPELL IT) ISN'T THE REF FOR THE GAME

Notice you didn't factor in the three touchdowns that Seattle lost to penalties. If they played ten times Seattle would win nine of those games. Every team gets up for the Super Bowl champs so there will be very few easy games for Seattle. Isn't it amazing how lucky Russell Wilson is with those 'lucky plays' ... seems to happen a lot. It's his third year in the NFL and he just seems to get luckier and luckier.

I have a game circled since April of this yr where a team is going to Clink and covers the spread with 100% confidence. Winning outright my confidence level is about 90%

I've lost enough money on the jets this year.

They don't have the WRs to play from behind and completely abandon the run when they get down. The Jets defense is great in the box, but they will be having to defend outside of that against Peyton. Broncos have been beating most of their teams without running very effectively. There is no more spot with the Jets...they outright suck and do not have enough talent to hang with NFL teams. They have $20 million in cap space and didnt draft enough offensive playmakers. As one former NFL coach said, they have a first round defense, and an overpaid 2nd round offense. This is a secondary that couldn't slow down a 34 year old tight end who isn't the fastest of guys either.

Denver's defense is good enough to load the box and make geno make throws. He is not capable of this. With Von Miller back, denver is about to ramp up their blitz schemes too. Chargers laid out the plan last week, dominate the trenches and the line of scrimmage, make geno make the tough throws. He gets lucky every now and then, but he's worse then kirk cousins when it comes to

Trends or no trends, I haven't seen anyone actually speak to the talent level of the Jets that will make them competitive enough to hang within 8/10/14 of the broncos. All I see are trends, well this team is far less talented offensively then previous years. Eric Decker is not a playmaking type receiver who will impact a game. Everyone of these WRs can be shut down man coverage and geno isn't russell wilson elusive or smart. With New England on deck on a short week, which basically in the NY-NE rivalry all that matters to Rex right now and where his focus will be. This is not a playoff team and will probably be in rebuild mode next year with a brand new quarterback.

This will be a 10+ pt bronco victory.

The line doesn't match up with what is going on. Apparently Gyno missed a meeting the night before SD game... probably an important meeting lol. He is focused this week and comes out and performs, I agree it is a close one.

Is that a typo? Geno focused?
The Jets can't do it by themselves. They need help with the officials. The Jets can't even find their ass using both hands.
I agree with the thread that everybody and everything is on Denver which should drive up the pts.

problem is, "sharps" were all over the jets last week and they got crushed. Sharps every week play Jax and get crushed. Sharps every week play Oak and get crushed. All because they are "buying low" and getting value on a team.

Jets defense could very well step up big here. Ivory could have a huge game. But at some point you have to stop chasing bad teams and hoping THIS is the one week they will cover! Some times you have to recognize horrible teams and just fade away

thats the truth. all those bad teams, every wk

The @OddsShark database - dating back to 1980 - says New York #Jets have never been double-digit home dogs.

I was in two different Vegas sportsbooks today and three different groups of guys came up and all said the same thing- can you believe Denver is only 8.5 vs the shitty Jets? I'm all over that.

I bet Denver takes this game way too lightly. They are hosting SF next Sunday night
