Once upon a time illegals weren't needed, unions were their bread and butter.
Now with unions not being what they once were they have to rely on illegals.

I think the victims families should sue the Governments responsible for letting Illegals in....Mostly State & Local govts....I would like to see California sued heavily....Hurt them in the pocketbook & see results fast....
