Del Mar Opening Day Race #3 - #6 Draft Choice

If your a member at this site go search by horse for Draft Choice. He will be the #3 in his latest race on June 21st and watch his break.

He is completely squeezed at the start and loses probably 5 lengths before rallying 5 wide and missing by a length and a half, being mostly ridden out with a handride in the stretch.

You would have to think he was going to win that race with any kind of a break and he is 9-2 on the morning line for Race #3 tomorrow and retains Rosario. I think anything greater than 4-1 will be good value and he definitely warrants a wager.

LMK if you have any thoughts on this please.

On top of all that....After looking at splits...toss his last start and in his previous he went :11.80 and :12.20 for the final 2 splits...FAST...This horse looks on top of his game.

I will bet to win along with keying him in a $1 Trifecta = $15

I seen it Had iso on the 10 (since i wagered on him)
He Took a Real bad Shot to the head! (#5 hind leg kicked him and he spun and laid flat on his back)
he did sit up tho .GOOD NEWS THERE....

He tried to put this horse into the race and he flat broke down..

Really hope RB is OK

Last year’s leading rider at Del Mar, suffered "multiple facial fractures" in the third race spill. According to to Dr. Philip Sanderson, physician who initially examined Bejarano in the track first-aid station, X-rays showed that Bejarano suffered fractures of the jaw, nose and orbital bones in the mid-stretch mishap which occurred when Mi Rey broke down, unseating Bejarano. The fallen rider appeared to be struck by a trailing horse. He will remain in Scripps Hospital in La Jolla overnight and may require surgery to repair the facial injuries
